Rental terms and allocation

The complete rental portfolio of Lokaal Vastgoedbeheer is published on the website. Equal rental conditions, primarily financial, apply to all (prospective) tenants. Waiting lists are not used for the allocation of rental properties.

Depending on the nature, purpose, and location of certain residential complexes, an age criterion may be applied (such as 55+ or 65+). To assess the financial capacity of a prospective tenant, original income statements from an employer, benefits agency, or pension provider may be required. If insufficient income is available or the required information is not provided, a request for a viewing for the purpose of renting may be rejected without further justification.
